150th Anniversary of Alice's Adventures

150th Anniversary of Alice's Adventures

2015 marks the 150th Anniversary of "Alice in Wonderland" and "Through the looking glass."

Llandudno was the holiday destination for Alice Liddell who inspired the classic tales of "Alice in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking Glass" and it doesn't take long to see why.

To mark this fantastic literary connection there are beautiful wooden statues dotted over the resort, which you can track from the railway station to the Happy Valley.

There are eight sculptures to look out for- can you find them all?
"Begin at the beginning," the King said, very gravely, "and go on till you come to the end: then stop."

Along the way you can take in the curious sights and attractions that Llandudno has to offer.
There are open top sight seeing tours, boat trips available from the North Shore, and even donkey rides from the West Shore.
